Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good, Accept The ... — So far so good, accept the water. I took a shower when I first moved in and the water was scorching hot. I tried to make it warm with the cold water but it would t turn warm at all. So there was no in between as far as cold and hot water. The pressure from the shower head is weak. But I placed a maintenance order so this should be getting fixed. Other than that, I love my apartment. The view is beautiful. And I’m happy.

Since I was from out of state Michael Johnson showed my apartment before I moved in or signed a lease. Jamel was front desk concierge now in leasing office. He knew me by name the 1st day of move in. Larry always smiles and greets you everyday. The residents are diverse in age,religion, race and always greet you oe lend a helping hand Up keep of property and my apartment have been going better now since Renew has taken over. I am sad to be leaving.
